Everybody is looking for the same thing: to connect with other people and find some meaning in this life. As a musician, I'm able to do that for myself AND help others at the same time, and there's not a day that goes by that I don't appreciate it.
This list is impossibly long, so I narrowed it down to Rob Swire of Pendulum. Unstoppable hooks, amazing production, and masterful composition. Also a synth programmer like I am, and very like minding in our writing. Would be a dream come true.
If I were the next opening act, I would use the money to finish my current record and put my band on tour. But it would mean way more than the money: I have sacrificed everything in my life for music. Winning this would be the ultimate prize.
